Hyderabad, June 29 (Maxim News): Kavitha has commented that the special comprehensive revision (SIR) of the voters’ list has been done eight times in the country so far . She said that 7 thousand votes were removed in Bodhan constituency in a year. She demanded that the Election Commission answer this matter.
Kavitha spoke to the media in Hyderabad today (Monday). She mentioned that film actor Prakash Raj had votes in two places. It took seven years to remove this. Kavitha said that only 800 votes were removed in CM Revanth Reddy’s constituency. She said that when they verified in Kodangal, they found that there were 33,000 duplicate votes. She said that there are a lot of duplicate votes in the state. She said that Revanth Reddy won with a majority of 32,000 in the previous elections. She has doubts that Revanth Reddy won with these duplicate votes. Kavitha said that they have doubts whether there was a transfer of votes along with the transfer of notes from Karnataka.
Kavitha demanded that the Election Commission answer this issue. In the context of ‘SIR’ being conducted across the country, it was suggested that the data between the states should be examined immediately. It was suggested that voters in Hyderabad also have a vote in AP… and that only one place should be used to vote anywhere. Inter-state duplicate votes should be removed. Kavitha stated that she would file a complaint with the Election Commission regarding these matters. (Maxim News)
