Siddipet, Sept. 6: A lab assistant allegedly died by suicide at Siddipet Government Hospital on Sunday morning.
The deceased was identified as Aaku Bathini Pawan, a resident of Rajagopal Pet village in Nangunur mandal.
Pawan had been working as an outsourcing employee at the government hospital for the past seven years.
Police said he was found hanging inside the hospital on Sunday morning. Siddipet One Town police reached the spot after receiving information.
Police Probe Possible Reasons Behind Suicide
Police shifted the body for further proceedings and registered a case.
Officials are investigating the circumstances surrounding Pawan’s death.
They are examining whether alleged workplace harassment or personal reasons may have led to the suicide.
