Jubilee Hills Police Inspector | Hyderabad, Sept. 21 (Maxim News): D Ashok has been appointed as the new Inspector of Jubilee Hills Police Station, following the suspension of two previous inspectors over separate controversies.
Ashok’s appointment comes after M Muttu Yadav was suspended in August, barely three weeks after taking charge of the Jubilee Hills station.
Police officials suspended Yadav over alleged negligence in handling a case involving N Sumanth, former OSD to Minister Konda Surekha.
The action followed concerns over the registration of an FIR and efforts to trace and arrest Sumanth.
Jubilee Hills Gets New Inspector After Two Suspensions
Yadav had replaced U Srinivasulu Reddy, who was suspended earlier over allegations involving a woman complainant.
According to reports, an internal inquiry examined allegations of misconduct, including alleged extortion and inappropriate conduct involving the woman.
The police department subsequently took disciplinary action against Srinivasulu Reddy.
The latest change follows increased scrutiny of the Jubilee Hills police station after the case involving Sumanth.
In that case, a realtor had alleged that Sumanth and his associates attacked him with iron rods at a building in Jubilee Hills.
Police later arrested three associates, while Sumanth remained untraced at the time of the reports.

D Ashok has now taken charge as the Jubilee Hills Inspector as the police department continues its focus on handling cases and maintaining law and order in the area. (Maxim News)
