Katrina Kaif to play classical Indian character in her next film

There have been rumours of Katrina Kaif playing a British character in the Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan-starrer ‘Thugs of Hindostan’. But we hear it is nothing more than someone’s wild imagination and that Kat plays a ‘classical Indian character’ in the period film.

The makers, Yash Raj, play their cards close to the chest and have not revealed the subject of the film, leading to various theories. There is also talk that the film is inspired by Ramesh Sippy’s Sholay (1975).
