Hyderabad, Oct. 6 (Maxim News): Telangana BJP announced it will hold a presentation on land-related issues in the state on October 10, BJP Legislative Party leader Maheshwar Reddy said on Tuesday.
The announcement comes as the war of words between Congress and BRS over land matters has reached a peak. Maheshwar Reddy said the presentation will expose what he called land scams linked to both parties.
According to Maheshwar Reddy, there is a secret understanding between Congress and BRS on land matters.
He alleged that what has come out so far regarding the assets of KTR and Revanth Reddy is only one percent of the actual picture. He demanded a forensic audit to bring out the full truth.
He also referred to the 22-A land issue, saying ministers themselves have admitted that errors occurred in the process. He said a forensic audit is the only way to establish the facts.
During last month’s Assembly session, Maheshwar Reddy had engaged in a sharp exchange with the government over the 22-A land matter, making the upcoming October 10 presentation politically significant.
