CJP Telangana Activists | Hyderabad, Oct 10: Four youth leaders of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) from Telangana were detained in Bhopal and sent back to the state under police escort on Friday, October 9. They were travelling to Delhi to join the party’s October 10 protest.
The four are Stanley Korani, Rangasai Reddy, Rajesh Korapaka and Venkatesh Goud. The party has strongly condemned what it called their unlawful detention and forced transit.
According to the CJP, security personnel boarded the activists’ coach during a scheduled halt in Bhopal and asked them to get off the train. The party alleged that the authorities then placed the four under preventive detention. Madhya Pradesh Police had detained them on October 8.
CJP convenor alleges attempt to curb peaceful protest

CJP convenor Abhijeet Dipke raised the issue on social media and expressed concern over the detention. He alleged that Madhya Pradesh Police detained the volunteers while they were on the train. He described the action as an attempt to restrict peaceful protest.
