Jagga urges Rahul to give tickets to youth leaders

Hyderabad, March.2 (Maxim News): Sangareddy MLA and Congress leader T Jayaprakash Reddy on Saturday addressed a letter to party president Rahul Gandhi and urged him to give LS tickets to youth leaders for the upcoming elections. He also urged Rahul Gandhi not to field those who lost the elections for two to three times and added that such leaders should be given nominated posts. He said there was a need to give tickets to NSUI, Youth Congress and OUJAC leaders.

Citing the comments of ruling party leaders, Jagga Reddy said the top leaders of the party like KTR, Kavitha, B.Vinod Khmer and Etala Rajender were responsible for the diversion of the water from the Singhur dam to other areas. He demanded an explanation from all the four leaders as the people of Sangareddy have no water to drink. He also made it clear that he was not playing politics but only raising the issue of his constituency people. He also alleged that the ruling party leaders were using police to muzzle his voice. He urged the Chief Minister to intervene and set right things. (Maxim News)
