Cong MP Wants PM To Stop Cleanrance For Pharma City Project
Hyderabad, March 17 (Maxim News): Congress party MP Komatireddy venkat Reddy said prime Minister Narendra Modi to stop environment clearance to Hyderabad based Pharma city project. The MP called on the PM in New Delhi and submitted a representations to him on the issue.
Addressing media persons later he said that he had submitted the representations to the PM on four different issues. He said that the area of the pharma city was increased from 3000 acres to 19333 acres . He said that pharma city would have impact of pollution on the state capital Hyderabad. He said that he had urged the PM to allow the establishment of pharma City at a different place and not near the airport. He also said that he had urged the PM to recognise Hyderabad-kothagudem highway as the national highway. He said that he had also take up the issue of musi river pollution to the notice of the PM and urged him to allot Rs. 3000 crore for the musi beautification project besides urging the PM to extend support for the establishment of a sewerage treatment plant .
He also urged the PM to establish a block level cluster in his Bhongir constituency under national handloom development program. Reddy said that the PM had responded positively to all his requests.(Maxim News)
