Naidu Targets Village Volunteers Asks Govt If They Are Meant For Public Or YSRCP
Hyderabad, April 25 (Maxim News): Targeting ruling YSRCP in Andhra Pradesh state over the village volunteers , TDP national president Nara Chandrababu Naidu asked the state government of the volunteers were meant to serve the public or the ruling party.
In a tweet, Naidu said that the state government had appointed the volunteers to serve the people of the state and take the welfare programs of the state government to the doorsteps of their beneficiaries. He reminded the state government that the salaries of the volunteers were being paid by it from its own pocket. He wondered as to how the ruling party leaders had handed over corona relief of ₹1000 to the beneficiaries by passing the village volunteers. He also warned the state government that it was not good to remove the volunteers from service who didn’t allow the ruling party leaders to distribute the money.
He alleged that the state government had removed village volunteers Karthik and Gopishetty Jhansi from Jiyammavalasa village of Srikakulam district as they did not obey the orders of the ruling party leaders . He warned that the TDP would not keep mum on such removals of the village volunteers.(Maxim News)
