CM KCR Gets A New From His Minister’s Son

Hyderabad, May 29 (Maxim News): Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has got new name from his son and state industries minister KTR following inauguration of Konda Pochamma Sagar reservoir at Markuk of Siddipet district. Referring to the acronym KCR, he said that the first letter in the acronym K stands for Kaluvalu (Canals), second letter C for Cheruvulu (Tanks) and the third letter R for Reservoirs. He said that the efforts made by the CM had fill up all tanks, canals and reservoirs of the state.

KTR tweeted the details of his all new given to his father on his official twitter account. Tweeting further, he said that the youngest state of the country, Telanagana, had completed the world’s largest multistage lift irrigation project within a period of just three years. He also said that they had lifted water from 82 meters at Medigadda to 618 meters at Konda Pochamma reservoir. He said that they would be able to provide water to 2.5 lakh acres of land with the help of Konda Pochamma reservoir and added that they would also soon supply water to state capital Hyderabad through Keshavapur reservoir.

He thanked CM KCR for building massive irrigation projects by keeping in mind the future requirements of the state. (Maxim News)
