State Is Ready To Give 10L Vaccines A Day: Etela

Hyderabad, Jan.1 (Maxim News): State is ready to administer 10 lakhs of Corona vaccinations a day, according to Health Minister Etala Rajender.

He rubbished the social media news of second wave of Corona in the state while the first wave was diminished to much extent across the country. He inaugurated a three-day cricket tournament for doctors and medical staff of 12 medical colleges at LB Stadium here.

He said that some cases are found to have new virus strain from those who came from London to city. The related samples were sent to Pune virology lab the minister added.

He urged people to avoid bad campaign in the social media on Corona virus second wave. The first wave sees steep decline of the cases as the government is ready to tackle the situation he stated. We have all hospitals to treat for the Corona and no need of panic for facilities he added.

He hoped them to get relaxed from the tournament from health services as Corona warriors for 10 months. We have trained 10000 health staff on Corona vaccination across the state he informed.

As the centre has asked for dry run necessary arrangements are made in Hyderabad and Mahabub Nagar districts he said.

The minister slammed those using social media for misinformation campaign on Corona second wave. There is no second wave and Corona cases were declined significantly, the health minister remarked. The government will administer the vaccine for Corona patients, as per central guidelines, he said. (Maxim News)
