Hyderabad, Feb.8 (Maxim News): Law & Forest Minister A Indrakaran Reddy today informed that the State government has taken a decision to set up Courts in the newly formed districts with judges soon. The High Court will soon take a decision in this regard as the government was ready to extend all support, he said.
The Law minister held a high-level review meeting with State planning commission deputy chairman B Vinod Kumar, legal wing secretary Santhosh Reddy and other officials. Indrakaran Reddy said the government was ready to take all measures in this regard to provide timely services to the people in the new districts. As per the commitment and vision of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, efforts were being made to provide more judicial services in the districts. A decision was taken to set up new courts in the districts and appoint new judges and the staff, he explained.
The Law Minister said except the newly formed Bhupalapally district, other districts have necessary courts and the government will take immediate steps in this regard. The new courts with more facilities will be set up. As a result, the cases in combined districts will be shifted to the new district courts for speedy justice, added. He also enquired with the officials about works and progress in this regard. (Maxim News)
