Eatala is spewing venom against TRS: Jagadish

Hyderabad, Nov.2 (NSS): Refuting the allegations made by BJP MLA Eatala Rajender who said that the ruling TRS party had instigated the violence at Palivela village on Tuesday and it’s party workers had attacked the BJP cadre, Minister for Energy Jagadish Reddy said that the BJP leader was spewing venom against the State government.

Speaking at a press conference here on Wednesday, Minister Jagadish Reddy along with MP Lingaiah Yadav, MLC Banda Prakash and party leaders Dasoju Shravan and Lingampalli Kishan Rao said that the TRS party chief K Chandrasekhar Rao would never encourage the violence and Eatala Rajender should also recollect that the Telangana agitation was done in a peaceful manner and the State was achieved through the democratic process, not with the method of violence.

In fact, the supporters of BJP Gundas who came from Hyderabad to Palivela village on Wednesday, deliberately attacked the TRS cadre, who were on the way to attend TRS working president KT Rama Rao ‘s road show, and pelted stones at them, causing injury to several people, including MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy and Mulugu ZP chairman Jagadish, he said.

The Minister alleged that the attacks against the TRS leaders were taken place at Palivela village under the direction of Eatala Rajender as the latter was in frustration realising the BJP’s defeat in the Munugodu by-poll.

“Eatala Rajender knows that the BJP doesn’t have cadre and a mass support in Munugodu. He has also realised that the BJP can not win the seat in the by-poll. Realising these facts and diverting the attention of people in a bid to gain the symphony, Eatala Rajender has instigated the violence and has encouraged the BJP cadre to pelt stones at the TRS workers, Jagadish Reddy said.

The Minister alleged that the BJP government at the Centre has misused everything for winning the by-election and it created a terror like atmosphere in Telangana with the help of enforcement agencies like CBI and ED during the period of campaign. (NSS)
