Dissolving Assembly Is With KCR: Holding Election Is EC Decision: Laxman

Hyderabad, Dec 18 (Maxim News): The BJP Rajya Sabha MP, Dr.K.Laxman has commented that the dissolving the Assembly is the prerogative of Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao, but the decision of holding the election, the decision has to be taken by the Election Commission of India.

As there is a debate going on that the Telangana state may go for the elections along with the Karnataka which is likely to be held in the middle of 2023, he commented that the Election Commission is the independent organization and it cannot hold the elections as per the wish of the KCR, He also made it clear that the BJP has no such policy of holding Jamili elections. He said Telangana state is losing due to the KCR’s behavior, he said that KCR should work for the benefit of the people in coordination with the Center for the people of Telangana. He accused KCR of not following the protocol of the Prime Minister, Union Ministers, and Governor.

He alleged that the KCR government is selling government lands worth thousands of crores, there are several complaints that the assigned lands of the poor were being taken away, and now the KCR government has come to that stage that it cannot pay salaries to the employees, the Central funds were being diverted, He criticized that the Airport Metro has been taken up to increase the value of the land.

Dr. Laxman said KCR has changed the name of the TRS to BRS to divert the attention of the people from illegal loot made. He said that KCR is playing games without giving the account of the Central funds, and without giving Utilisation Certificates, He commented that KCR’s agenda is to defame the Centre. He criticized KCR for creating a situation where salaries could not be paid in the surplus state, there is no unemployment benefit in the state, he said that it is not true that Metro is 100 percent funded by the State government. He alleged that the 16 km metro train was extended to 32 km for AIMIM He alleged that KCR has brought insult to Telangana by giving invalid checks to Punjab farmers. (Maxim News)
