CBI Court Adjourns Bail Petition Of Delhi Liquor Scam To Jan 20

Delhi/Hyderabad, Jan 12 (Maxim News): The CBI court has adjourned the bail petition of Abhishek Boinapalli, who is accused in the Delhi Liquor Scam to January 20.

arguments continued in the Rouse Avenue Court on the bail petition regarding the case filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The officials produced Abhishek in the CBI court through video conference. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the judge adjourned for a further hearing of the case on January 20.

On the other hand, the CBI Special Court has said that it will take a decision on January 28 to accept the supplementary charge sheet filed by the ED in the Delhi Liquor Scam and Money Laundering case. In the 13,567-page charge sheet filed, five accused and seven companies have been charged. ED lawyer Naveen Kumar explained.
