Hyderabad, Nov 30 (Maxim News): Abdul Hafeez from Telangana was elected as the National President of the Students Islamic Organisation (SIO) of India.

In a two-day national council meeting of SIO leaders in Udupi, Karnataka, Abdul Hafeez was elected as the National President of SIO India for 2025-26.
Hafeez, who is a student leader from Adilabad, based in Hyderabad, and an alumnus of Osmania University, has been at the forefront of students’ politics in Telangana.
He holds a Master’s in Engineering from OU and a Master’s in Sociology. He has also served as the state president of SIO Telangana and National Secretary for the last two terms. (Maxim News)
