Industries and IT Minister KT Rama Rao said after Hitech city, Uppal is going to be next IT hub in the city and the eastern parts of the city is already bustling with development.

After laying foundation for Shilparamam near Metro station at Nagole on Saturday, he appealed the people, especially Uppal Bhagath plot owners not to sell their lands.
