Hyderabad, Feb 23 (Maxim News): The AIMIM President and Hyderabad MP, Asaduddin Owaisi has informed that the party will be holding the National Convention in Maharashtra on February 25 and 26. In this convention, discussions will be held on the latest political development in the country
In this two days convention, all the party MPs, MLAs, Corporators, state and district presidents, and other important functionaries will participate. The details of the agenda of the convention will be revealed on February 25 morning, he informed.
Interacting with the media persons, here today, Asaduddin Owaisi on the question of Congress’s role in leading the Opposition parties, Asaduddin Owaisi said in the 2019 elections there is a direct contest between the Congress and BJP in 186 seats, in this, it has won only 16 seats, after winning three states Rajasthan, Madya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh and forming the government it could manage to win only 3 to 4 seats, The Congress party which was in power for 3 terms continuously in Maharastra, now its position is at 4 places, Similarly, in Delhi, it has ruled 3 terms continuously, now it is not seen in Delhi.
Take the case of the Rajasthan government, it has not taken action against the accused of Junaid and Naseer, nor any leader of Congress has gone to the residence of Junaid and Naseer though all the Congress leaders have attended the Royal Wedding at Alwar which is just 40 minutes drive to Junaid and Naseer residence.
Answering the comments made by the Kerala Governor on the Triple Talak and Uniform Civil Code, Asaduddin Owaisi said that it is not proper for Arif Mohammad Khan who is holding the constitutional post of Governor to speak like the ruling party member. he said that he has already reacted on the issue of Triple Talak according to him it is most disastrous to the women, similarly to the UCC also, saying that the country is having different traditions and customers and has its own personal law, why does the Governor has not spoken on the Undivided Hindu Family rule, he questioned.
The AIMIM president on Foreign Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar said that what the foreign minister is saying on the allegation being made by opposition leaders with regard to foreigners’ intervention into our economic activities is also bliss and false, if the government is clear why it is avoiding to have a debate in parliament, with regard to Chinese Military occupation in Indian territory, why the Government is not taking all-party delegations and the media to the site. he said that he has raised the issue that is mentioned in the Defence Website that in 25 security points between the India-China border, Indian Army could not do patrolling, was it wrong, he questioned.
