BJP indulges in mudslinging campaign against KCR family members: Koppula
Hyderabad, Aug.26 (Maxim News): Minister for Social Welfare Koppula Eshwar has lashed out at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for indulging in mudslinging campaign against the family members of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
Minister Koppula Eshwar along with Rajya Sabha Member Damodar Rao and Police Housing Corporation Chairman Koleti Damodhar Gupta called on MLC Kavitha at her residence here on Friday and extended their solidarity with her following the BJP’s allegations against Kavitha in connection with Delhi liquor policy scam case.
Speaking on the occasion, Koppula Eshwar condemned the BJP activists’ attack on the residence of Kavitha and criticised the saffron party for creating the unrest in the peaceful State of Telangana.
The Minister said the BJP leaders were provoking communal feelings among the people rather than doing public good.
“India is accorded as the best democratic country in the world. However, with the BJP government at the Centre encouraging to topple the elected governments in States, the country’s image is being dented in the eyes of world leaders,” Koppula Eshwar said.
He also alleged that the BJP leaders were trying to spread seeds of hatred among the people and urged the Chief Minister to take stringent action against the divisive forces. (Maxim News)
