Bullet Trains In Line With Tourism Development: Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad, June 17 (Maxim News): CM Revanth Reddy has instructed officials to coordinate with the National high Speed Rail Corporation Limited to facilitate the development of tourism in the state.

A high-level review was held at the Hyderabad MCRHRD on Tuesday on the high-speed rail projects and Warangal Airport. On this occasion, the Hyderabad-Pune Corridor was first discussed. officials explained that there are proposals to have stations in kokapet and Vikarabad on this route. Responding, the CM suggested that a station be set up in Ananthagiri. The CM opined that the proposed station in Mannanur in the hyderabad-Bengaluru High Speed Rail Corridor project should be named after Nallamala.

The National High Speed Rail Corporation has proposed a station at Somasila after Mannanur on this route. The CM suggested that the construction of Warangal Airport should have designs that reflect the glory and historical heritage of the Kakatiya Empire. He suggested that a huge island should be built at the entrance of the airport with statues of Rani Rudramadevi and Rudradevudi and the possibility of installing a huge Nandi statue should be examined.
