Call Centers Will Address Asara Pension Issues: Errabelli

Hyderabad, Oct.14 (Maxim News): State Panchayat Raj Minister E Dayakar Rao today launched a new website and call center to address complaints, grievances related Aasara pensions in Telangana.

Speaking on the occasion after launching the website he said, “This facility is now available in 10 districts and will be expanded to all other districts in future.” Rao said that the Centre is offering Rs. 206 crore towards pension share and the state government shares about Rs 600 crore he said. The call centre will help the Callers and people and provide them immediate services by addressing their issues, the minister said.

Rao claimed that the Telangana was the only state in the entire country to spend huge amount of funds in welfare sector. “We have received complaints from people on pension related matters and we decided to set up a dedicated website along with a call center to address these complaints,” he said. The minister also said that the call centers and the website will put an end to all pension related issues. (Maxim News)
