CID Wing Hyderabad | Hyderabad, Oct 10 (Maxim News) : The Government of Telangana has announced the transfer and posting of senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officers across key positions in the state, as part of a major administrative reshuffle within the police department.
The orders were issued through G.O.Rt No. 1394 by the General Administration (Special B) Department on October 9, 2025.

According to the notification, Dr. Patil Sangramsingh Ganapatrao, IPS (RR:2015), who was serving as Additional Director General at the Centre for Good Governance in Hyderabad, has been transferred and appointed as Superintendent of Police, CID, Telangana, Hyderabad.
Similarly, Shaik Saleema, IPS (SPS:2017), who was functioning as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Warangal, has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, CID, Telangana, Hyderabad, and attached to the Women Safety Wing, Telangana, Hyderabad.
This reshuffle is seen as part of the government’s regular administrative process aimed at strengthening the efficiency and leadership of critical law enforcement wings such as the Crime Investigation Department (CID) and the Women Safety Wing.
The newly appointed officers are expected to assume charge imminently, with the transfer orders taking effect with immediate implementation. (Maxim News)
