Hyderabad, Nov.12 (Maxim News): Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is making all round efforts for forest development and greene cover expansion.
This was informed by forest minister A Indrakaran Reddy here in Medchal Malkajgiri district after inaugurating a DFO along with minister Malla Reddy and officials.
The forest minister appreciated them for completing construction of the DFO despite corona effect. He stated that efforts are on to increase green cover in the state and ensure clean environment to people. As per directions of the chief Minister tb forest wing is trying to increase greenery.
In addition to green cover steps to protect people are being taken in the cities, towns and districts. The new Medchal Malkajgiri district is noted for urban parks and has snake rescue centers the minister said. Several urban forest parks, ard built for people at various places he claimed.
More green cover will help address pollution problems he said. Our efforts are to see that future generations get better and livable environment free from pollution. The state government has commitment for green expansion. (Maxim News)
