Hyderabad, Nov 18 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has urged the Centre to grant clearances for the projects proposed by the Telangana government quickly. He said that if the projects get cleared quickly, Hyderabad will develop and later become more crucial in the country’s economy.
The CM was speaking at the regional meeting of urban development ministers of the southwestern states at hotel ITC kohinoor. “We plan to develop Hyderabad and build a new city. We have prepared a new plan named Telangana Rising-2047. The Center is working to develop India as an economically developed country in the world. Telangana will also be part of the goals set by the Central Government. If the Center cooperates with the states, the country’s development will accelerate. We expect the state’s share to be 10 percent in the 30 trillion dollar economy set by the Center. In terms of GDP, the 5 main metropolitan cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad are very crucial for the country.
“If the Center does not cooperate, the development of the states will be stunted. The Central Government should cooperate for the development of Hyderabad metro Rail, RRR and Musi. If Prime Minister Modi, who is the elder brother of the country, cooperates, all the states will develop. Just as Modi created the Gujarat model, we have brought the Telangana model. Just as he undertook the cleaning of the Sabarmati river, we are reviving Musi. We want the same cooperation that Modi gave to Gujarat for Telangana. let’s do politics only when there are elections“, said Revanth Reddy.
