He spoke during the debate on the budget in the Legislative Assembly, “The Congress government is incurring debts of over Rs. 1 crore per minute. The debt burden on each person in the state is Rs. 2.27 lakh.  How can Telangana develop if there is a large amount of debt? The Finance Commission funds increased during the NDA regime compared to the UPA regime. During the UPA regime, states had a 32 percent share of central taxes. Then, their share of central taxes was not increased even by 2-3 percent. After the PM Modi government came to power, their share of central taxes was increased by 10 percent to 42 percent. It is not right to criticize the center even after increasing the share of taxes, he said. (Maxim News)
