Crime Rate Down By 5% In Telangana In 2018: DGP

The overall crime rate in the State went down by 5 per cent dip in the year 2018. Interacting with media persons during annual press conference here on Sunday, Director-General of Police M. Mahendar Reddy said the year 2018 passed off peacefully without any major untoward incidents.

Assembly elections were conducted in a peaceful manner and not a single case related to communal issue were reported in 2018.
