Cyberabad Police Commissioner Reviews On Ganesh Navratri Celebrations

Cyberabad Police Commissioner Stephen Ravindra, IPS on various aspects related to the arrangements, management and security of the upcoming Ganesh Navratri celebrations, today police officials , GHMC, HMWS&SB, TSSPDCL, Fire Services, Irrigation, Road Transport, R&B, Medical and Health department, Revenue, Panchayati raj, Municipal Department, MAUD, other departments officials , Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsava Samiti (BGUS). An inter-departmental coordination meeting was organized in Cyberabad CP office along with the representatives .

Cyberabad CP said on this occasion .. Starting on the 18th of this month , September 28 They want to celebrate the Ganesh celebrations that will continue till the end of the year in an undisturbed , dignified and dignified manner. It is estimated that there may be up to 1200 idols of Ganesha this year. Police are working 24 X 7 to ensure smooth Ganesh immersion . In terms of security, the police are fully prepared. The officials of all the departments should work in coordination to avoid any problems related to the arrangements, management and security of Ganesh Navratri celebrations . In the case of installation of Ganesh idols, all the inspectors should meet with the organizers in advance and review the arrangements. He asked that everything should be done according to the plan, starting with the immersion of Ganesh , and that there should be no mistakes anywhere. At the same time, he suggested to coordinate with the civil departments in the respective areas. Those who set up mandapas should inform the police .

GHMC staff and traffic staff should make all arrangements so that children, women and the elderly do not face any problems at the ponds where immersion takes place . He said that steps have been taken to avoid any problems to the employees, officials and volunteers who are on Vinayaka immersion duties . People should not believe the rumors on social media. We have kept a vigil on false posts on social media. Members of Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsava Samiti ( BGUS) Many problems raised by the representatives will be brought to the attention of the concerned authorities and resolved.

We have specially focused on traffic diversion in view of immersion . Special attention has been paid to the calls to Dial 100 . Along with visible policing, we have focused on CCTVs. All the officials should work in coordination without causing any disturbance to the people.

The representatives of Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsava Samiti said that the GHMC officials should suggest ponds and baby ponds in advance during immersion . They want to install street lights , flood lights and cranes as needed. R& B officials want to take steps to fill potholed roads . For the convenience of the devotees , tents are arranged at the banks of the Ganesh immersion pond . Electric lights , huge cades should be built , good water facility , They want to set up mobile toilets and medical facilities. 24 hours uninterrupted power supply. They want to undertake road repair works and sanitization works without any difficulties for the people and devotees .
