Dattatraya Frowns Upon KCR For Making Absurd Comments Against PM
Hyderabad, April 3 (Maxim News): Former Union minister Bandaru Dattatraya today bemoaned that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was making atrocious comments against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and lowering his dignity of his post. He also wondered as to how the Chief Minister, who gladly supported the policies of Narendra Modi was now opposing the same. Stating that it was not proper for KCR to make personal abuses against the Prime Minister, Dattatraya demanded that the Chief Minister tender an unconditional apology to Modi.
Addressing mediapersons here today, Dattatraya alleged that the ruling party ministers and MLAs were acting as bonded laborers to KCR’s family. He alleged that even the ministers were afraid of talking against the KCR family. Commenting on KCR’s federal front, the former Union minister said there was not even a design for the so-called front. He asked KCR and his son KTR whether they would quit politics if Modi rides back to power.
On the release of Central funds, Dattatraya said he was ready for a discussion on the issue anywhere in Telangana State with the TRS leaders. He also demanded that the TRS leaders spell out their stand on Ram temple issue. Pointing out that his party lieutenants were claiming that Chief Minister would become Prime Minister after the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Dattatraya said Chief Minister KCR himself declared that he has no desire to step into shoes of Narendra Modi after the elections.
Dattatreya also said as the elections are fast approaching, both the TRS and the Congress parties were in a quandary. He advised KCR not to make false accusations that Prime Minister Modi was not giving funds for development of the State.
Dattatraya reminded that the Modi government had released Rs 2.30 lakh crore to Telangana State for its developmental activities. Through the GST funds, the Centre released Rs 35,000 crore for National Highways devolopement and Rs 62,000 crore for other programs. Similarly, the Centre allocated Rs 6,000 crore for Hyderabad for Rs 57 crore for educational institutions with federal spirit.
Dattatraya expressed his doubt whether KCR has adequate knowledge about the Indian Constitution. He ridiculed Chandrashekar Rao for behaving like a gram sarpanch instead of being Chief Minister of a State. He demanded that the Chief Minister apologize to the country for making cheap comments against the Centre. He also pointed out that the Chief Minister himself claimed that corruption was rampant in the State. He also alleged that the Chief Minister’s family was indulging in corruption and KCR was ruling like an autocrat.
Dattatraya exuded his confidence that the BJP would easily get 300 Lok Sabha seats and form government with comfortable majority. He also praised Narendra Modi for isolating Pakistan in the comity of nations. He also asked KCR to avoid AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi. (Maxim News)
