Hyderabad, May 27 (Maxim News): TJAC chairman M Venu demanded that State government not extend the deputation of the Sugarcane Commissioner. He alleged that the Commissioner whose term had come to an end on May 23, was harassing the farmers by forming his own coterie. He said they have already written letters to Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, Chief Secretary SK Joshi.
In a statement, Raghu alleged that the Commissioner put directions of then minister Jupally Krishna Rao on preventing irregularities in the department in the cold storage. He asked as to how the farmers could get rid of their problems when the commissioner was not even listening to the ministers of the State. (Maxim News)
