FM Harish Rao thanks Telangana CM KCR
Hyderabad, Feb.23 (Maxim News): Finance and Health Minister T Harish Rao today said that Telangana is now witnessing monsoon season with completion of irrigation projects and reservoirs. Before the launch of Mallanna Sagar Reservoir by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Harish Rao said that in the combined state it was a feeling Summer always.
And now in our own state, Telangana witnessing a rainy season and greenery with our projects, the minister claimed. Harish Rao attributed significant development and changes of rural development to the vision and commitment of the chief minister. The thanked the engineers, officials and workers for their commitment and completion of the projects despite court cases. He accused the opposition parties of stalling growth as they do not have knowledge of the projects and welfare.
As many as 350 cases filed against this in the Supreme Court, high court and Green Tribunal he expressed displeasure, he said. However the Supreme Court quashed all such cases and paved the way for Kaleshwaram and others to be completed. KCR has been vying with determined efforts and plans for all round development and inclusive growth, he said. Harish Rao further said that the state is seeing a reverse migration by workers and labourers with more schemes reaching their villages. Mission Bhagiratha, Mission Kakatiya, rythu bandhu, rythu bhima, KCR Kits, Pensions and others are reaching the people who are happy and supporting the TRS government, he claimed. Telangana set a record in the irrigation sector as the chief minister has created the reservoir at a place where there is no river nearby, the minister said.
Now Telangana sees a great development with abundant water in lakes, water bodies always and there will be no drought in our state. ‘I am fortunate to complete the projects with KCR support, an elated Harish Rao said. (Maxim News)
