FM Nirmala Sitharaman is lying on falling rupee value: Dr. K. Narayana

Hyderabad, Oct.20 (NSS): CPI national secretary Dr. K. Narayana today alleged that union finance minister Nirmala Seetharaman was lying on the issue of the falling of the value of rupee against the US dollar at international rate of exchange . Speaking to media persons along with the party leader Syed Aziz Pasha, Chada Venkat Reddy , N. Bala Mallesh , Palla Venkat Reddy at the state party headquarters Maqdoon Bhavan , he said that the prime minister Narendra Modi led central government as a government of lies and added that the lies of Nirmala sitharaman was an example of the same .

Stating that they earlier thought that Modi government was adopting fascist policies, he alleged that the central government was actually implementing unannounced fascism in the country. He alleged that the BJP led central government was harassing its political opponents with CBI and ED cases while ignoring those , who are supporting it . He said that former PM Vajpayee led central government was not so cruel towards its political opponents.

Commenting on the national 24th national conference held at Vijayawada from October 14 to October 18, he said that the public meeting held by the party had a turnout of 70,000 people despite the problems created by YSRCP led AP government. He said that the discussions held at the conference were fruitful and added their representatives from 17 countries took part in the conference. Commenting on the cancellation of the bail order of professor Sai Babu by the Supreme Court of India , he termed the verdict of the apex as unfortunate. He alleged that the central government had supported the decision of the Supreme Court and added that it was unfortunate that the Supreme Court did not act in a humanitarian manner against a person, who has 90 percent of the physical disability.
