BRS Working President KTR will appear before the ACB court in Nampally on Friday (July 31) in connection with this case.
KTR has already announced that he will appear before the ACB court in connection with the investigation of this case.
In this order, the ACB has issued summons to KTR and four others. KTR is listed as A1 in the ACB charge sheet. The ACB is alleging diversion of funds worth Rs. 55 crore in this Formula case.

The ACB has also focused on the role of Ace Next Gen Company in this case.
Meanwhile, BRS is accusing the Congress government of filing this case for political gain. It is known that KTR has already dismissed it as a bribery case. In this context, there is tension in BRS and political circles about tomorrow’s hearing. (Maxim News)
