Gutkha Manufacturing Unit Raided, 6 Arrested

LB Nagar: Rachakonda Police Commissionerate’s LB Nagar SOT along with the Balapur police raided a gutkha manufacturing unit and arrested six persons here on Tuesday.

Police seized gutkha material and machinery, all put together worth Rs 30 lakh from them. Officials raided four places where gutkha was prepared in Balapur illegally.

The banned products were being supplied to vendors and traders in local markets.
