Guv ask people to contribute to build new India

Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu today hoisted the national flag on the occasion of nation’s 70th Independence Day at a functional organised at the sub-capital here and also inspected the parade held at the Police Grounds.

Addressing the people on the occasion she said asked them to ensure their 100 per cent participation to take the country forward on the ladder of progress and also speed up the other development process in the state.

She asked the people to take a pledge to make a clean, poverty free, terrorism and communalism and casteism free India so that in the year 2022 a New India can be built up.
