A division bench comprising Chief Justice R S Chauhan and Justice A Abhishek Reddy, asked State government to place on record the evacuation Plan to avoid fire incidents at Numaish. It has also directed government whether statutory NOCs have been issued to the Exhibition Society or not and the reasons for issuing the NOCs to the society. The High Court passed the order on hearing a PIL filed by Advocate Khaja Aijazuddin. In his petition, the petitioner urged the High Court to issue directions to the State government to stop the Exhibition as the Exhibition Society failed to comply with fire safety measures as per Telangana Fire Service Act-1999.(Maxim News)
