After assuming charge, specific responsibilities were assigned to both officers to ensure smooth monitoring of civic operations. Vinay Krishna Reddy, as Additional Commissioner, will oversee municipal activities in the Malkajgiri, L.B. Nagar, and Uppal zones. These zones include rapidly growing residential and commercial areas that require close supervision of civic services.

Meanwhile, G. Srijana has been entrusted with the responsibility of supervising civic administration in the Kukatpally, Quthbullapur, and Serilingampally zones. These areas are among the most densely populated and economically active parts of Hyderabad, where effective municipal governance plays a crucial role in maintaining infrastructure and public services.
