Inter Ministerial Central Team Leaves For Delhi

Hyderabad, May 1 (Maxim News): Inter ministerial Central Team headed by Arun Baroka, the additional Secretary of Jalashakti left to Delhi by special aircraft from Hyderabad. The Inter-Ministerial Central Team (IMCT) arrived in city on April 24th and visited several places i.e., Hospitals, Containment Zones, Quarantine Zones, Shelter homes, Rythu Bazars, Annapurna Mobile canteens from April 25 to May 02 of this month and inspected the arrangements made to combat the Covid-19 pandemic.

The central team held discussions with the Chief Secretary of the state Somesh Kumar, DGP Mahender Reddy, Principal Secretary for Health Shanthi Kumari, Commissioner GHMC . DS.Lokesh Kumar and other officials.

Further, the Central Team visited the Covid-19 Control Room established at GHMC Head Office and enquired the services offered to the citizens calls. The Central Team expressed their satisfaction on measures taken to combat Covid-19 and implementation of lock down measures in the city. The left for Delhi and submit their report to the Central Government. (Maxim News)
