Karimnagar: Women Staged Protest in Fron of Vardnur Secretariat
Protest | Karimnagar/Hyderabad, April 13 (Maxim News): Women staged a protest with empty bins in front of Vardnur village Secretariat of Thimmapur Mandal of Karimnagar district.
The women of the village are angry about the lack of fresh water for the last ten days. But the villagers say that they have requested the officials of the concerned department several times for four years but they aren’t paying attention. To this end, today morning, the women of Vardnur village sat on the road with empty bins.
The villagers raised slogans saying that it is wrong for the authorities and public representatives to neglect to solve the problem and it should be solved immediately. Women are expressing their anger that they are facing serious problems without fresh water. The women warned that if the freshwater issue is not resolved immediately, they will take this protest to the Mandal level. (Maxim News)
