What KCR said in the video is “Hundreds of patients should not suffer along with me. I will recover soon and come to you. Doctors are not sending me out because of infection. KCR said that I am recovering now and will return to normal soon. On this occasion, KCR released a special video addressing the public. (Maxim News)
