KCR’s Nephew Booked In A Land Grabbing Case
Hyderabad, March 24 (Maxim News): A case has been registered against former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao nephew and former BRS MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar on the complaint filed by Navayuga Company representative Chinta Madhav that he is trying to grab land in Banjara hills Road No. 14, 1350 square yards of land in Survey No. 129/54 which was purchased by Navayuga Company.

Police have registered a case against Santhosh and Lingareddy Sridhar on the basis of a complaint filed by the company representative. The land of 1350 square yards in survey No. 129’54 was purchased by Navayuga Company. the representative of the company stated in the complaint given to the police on March 21 stating that efforts are being made to occupy the place by creating fake documents.
A case was registered under sections 400, 471, 447, 120B R/W 34 IPC. (Maxim News)
