Medak/Hyderabad, April 7 (Maxim News): Students at the Tribal Gurukul School staged a protest after they were not provided quality meals. The students of the Boys’ Tribal Ashram Gurukul School located in the Kaudipalli mandal center of Medak district staged a dharna on the national highway on Tuesday morning
Students expressed their concerns on this occasion that while meals should be served according to the menu, they are being served poor quality food. They said that when they ask for good meals, they are being beaten and threatened. They complained that even though they brought this issue to the attention of the principal, he is not paying attention. They said that they are protesting on the road because no one has responded.
The students said that the teacher was beating them for questioning about the poor quality of the food and that the principal was holding him back in this matter. They demanded action against the principal for corruption and irregularities in the tribal school. (Maxim News)
