Komati In Race For TPCC President Post

Nalgonda, Feb.21 (Maxim News): Congress MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Friday said he was in the race for the post of TPCC president. He said there would be a change of guard for the TPCC post very soon. He said he would meet with party supremo Sonia Gandhi on the issue and urge her to consider his name for the post.

He made it clear that his sole objective in the State was to bring back the Congress to power as it was responsible for the creation of separate Telangana State. Targeting CM KCR, Venkat Reddy alleged that the CM was more concerned about his commissions than the development of the State.

He also alleged that the CM was trying to confuse the people in the name of Palle Pragathi and Pattana Pragathi programs. He alleged that the State government did not build even a single house in the State. He said they would soon call tenders for construction of Nakrekal-Nagarjuna Sagar High way. (Maxim News)
