KTR urges people to compare tenure of both KCR, Modi

Hyderabad: Telangana working president KT Rama Rao asked the people to compare both the eight years tenure of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in Telangana and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the country.

In view of Narendra Modi’s visit to Hyderabad, where he will attend the BJP’s National Executive Committee meeting held on July 2 and 3, the TRS leader on Thursday lambasted the BJP-led government at the Centre for failing to fulfil the aspirations of people and demanded the reveal of one good thing done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the country during his last eight years tenure.

All BJP leaders will come to Telangana like tourists and will go back after telling lies to people. They can’t mention one good thing done for the country. People should be cautious about them, KTR said.

He reminded that among the top 20 model villages in India announced by the union government, 19 villages belong to Telangana, and added that this example is enough for showing the successful administration of TRS government.

When the cylinder price was Rs.400, Narendra Modi as the Chief Minister of Gujarat made a hue and cry and alleged that then union government should be responsible for the hike in prices. Now, under the tenure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the cylinder price has reached Rs 1050 but Modi is not in a position to take responsible for the hike in prices, KTR pointed out.

The TRS leader also asked the status of BJP election promises, including Rs.15 lakhs cash deposit to every citizen account after bringing black money from abroad and two crore jobs to the youth every year and demanded the Prime Minister to answer the nation over his unfulfilled promises.
