Hyderabad, Sept.29 (Maxim News): The opposition BJP today held a protest program opposing the LRS (Layout Regularization Scheme) in the state. The Party has staged a protest program infront of Hayathnagar MRO office by alleging that the state government had come up with the scheme by keeping in view of the Upcoming GHMC elections.
Speaking on the occasion, the Ranga Reddy urban president of the Party Sama Ranga Reddy wondered as to how the farmers of the state would pay the LRS fee in agriculture rich villages of the state . H expressed his concern that the state government was creating a confusion among the people of the state by ignoring its basic responsibilities. He alleged that the state government was paining the people of the state by issuing GO MS No.131. He demanded the state government to immediately withdraw the LRS and added that the state government should give up its harassment attitude.(Maxim News)
