BJP Madhya Pradesh unit president Nand Kumar Singh Chauhan today appealed to Narmada Bachao Andolan (NBA) leader Medha Patkar to end her agitation in view of the country’s welfare.
“I urge those protesting against the Sardar Sarovar Project including Ms Patkar to end their agitation in the nation’s interest.
The state regime has sanctioned Rs 900 crore for those affected by the project and is working diligently towards their rehabilitation,” said Mr Chauhan while talking to media here.
