Man sentenced for eight days for blackmailing woman

Hyderabad, October 13: SHE team, Hyderabad has rescued a young couple who were being blackmailed by the man’s close friend. The accused, Abdul Salman S/o Aziz, 23 year old student who gave shelter to the couple has captured intimate videos of the couple with a hidden camera. He later sent the video to the woman (victim) asking for sexual favors and threatened to share the video on social media which would cause dire consequences.

The victim approached Hyderabad SHE team and an immediate action was taken by apprehending the accused and collecting the videos from his possession. He was arrested and with all the relevant proofs, SHE Team produced the accused in the court of Law. The Hon’ble XVI Metropolitan Magistrate sentenced the accused with 8 days of Imprisonment.

An Email compliant to the SHE team has helped catch the delinquent driver.

An innocent girl was being followed by a car near the Narayanguda Metro station as she was walking by the road. The driver seemed as if he wanted to ask her something. The girl thought that he was asking her to help with the route/address. When she stepped close to the car, the driver arrayed his privy parts to her.

The alert girl quickly took her mobile phone to click his photos and he fled from the area. The girl was able to capture his vehicle’s photo. She then emailed the photos and the incident to the SHE Team.

The SHE team instantly figured out the vehicle registration number, collected the technical evidence, cctv footage and arrested the accused and produced before the Hon’ble court. Hon’ble V court, Nampally sentenced the accused Mohd .Hyder Ali Khan s/o Hasan Khan,25 yrs to undergo 8 days of imprisonment.
