Manish Sisodia Seeks Time To Attend Hearing In Delhi Liquor Scam
Delhi/Hyderabad, Feb 19 (Maxim News): Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has told the CBI that he cannot attend the hearing in the Delhi Liquor Policy case. He wrote a letter asking the CBI to adjourn his investigation till the last week of February because he is currently busy preparing the budget for Delhi and requested time.
He said that it is his duty as the Finance Minister to present the budget on time and this is an important time for Delhi. Manish Sisodia said that he is not asking for time to run away, he said that he asked for this time to focus on the budget. He said that he will always cooperate with the investigation. (Maxim News)
