Hyderabad, Nov 19 (Maxim News): Maulana Azad National Urdu University is holding its Seventh Convocation on 20thNovember 2018, 3.00 pm at Brahma Kumaris’ Global Peace Auditorium, ISB Road, Gachibowli.
Dr. S.Y. Quraishi, Former Chief Election Commissioner of India will be the Chief Guest and will deliver the convocation address. Prof. G. Gopal Reddy, member University Grants Commission will be the guest of honour.
Dr. Mohammad Aslam Parvaiz, Vice-Chancellor will preside over and will present University Report.
According to Prof. P. F. Rahman, Chairman Organizing Committee, 1133 graduates, 811 post graduates and94 M. Phil &50 Ph.D.scholars from various disciplines in regular courses will be awarded degrees for pass out years 2017 and 2018.
At the same time 21,402 graduates and post graduates from the distance mode would also be given degrees for pass out year 2016 and 2017 in “Absentia”.
A total of 50 graduates and post graduates from regular courses and 10 from distance mode programmes are entitled for Gold Medal. (Maxim News)
