Minister KTR’s leg injured on birthday, 3 weeks rest advised

Hyderabad, July 24: IT Minister and TRS working president KT Rama Rao suffered leg injury after a fall on Saturday. Doctors advised him to take three weeks rest.

The incident happened a day before his 46th birthday, which falls on Sunday (July 24).

Following this, KTR posted his photo with injured leg and tweeted, “I slipped and fell today (Saturday) and got my left leg ankle injured. Doctors suggested taking bed rest for three weeks. Can anyone suggest good movies to watch to kill time?”

His request went viral on social media within seconds. People are giving a list of web series and movies while some others are sending birthday wishes. Some others are sending get well soon wishes.

On the other hand, KTR’s fans and followers and TRS leaders and activists were worried as KTR was injured just one day prior to his birthday. They are wishing him a speedy recovery.

It should be noted that Minister KTR stated that he will not celebrate his birthday in the wake of heavy rains lashing the State. He requested party activists and fans to help the people across the State, who have been facing problems due to heavy rains, under ‘Gift A Smile’ programme.
