Moreover, the Musi Riverfront Development Project forms a key part of Telangana’s integrated river rejuvenation and urban resilience programme. The Phase I stretch spans multiple critical locations across the city. It aims to transform the Musi river corridor into a clean, green, and liveable urban waterfront for Hyderabad’s residents.

MRDCL confirmed that it will incorporate the guidance provided during the review. The organisation said it will continue to accelerate implementation across the Phase I stretch. As a result, field-level teams have been directed to align their work schedules with the priorities identified during Wednesday’s inspection.
